This personal data processing policy (hereinafter — the Policy) is developed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter — the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the security measures taken by the Operator.

The Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator processes both with and without the use of automation tools. By submitting a request through the website forms or using the SGL service (hereinafter — the Service), you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

If you do not agree with the terms of the Policy, please refrain from using the website forms and the Service, and send your question to the Operator at the email address specified in the “Contact information” section.

The Operator is included in the Roskomnadzor registry of personal data operators. Information about the legal entity is also available on Rusprofile.

• personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the data subject);
• processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without automation tools: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction;
• personal data operator — a legal entity that, alone or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or processes personal data and determines the purposes and content of the processing;
• cookie — a small piece of data stored by the browser or device when visiting a website.

Other terms are used in the meanings established by the Personal Data Law and Russian Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”.

• ensuring the operation and security of the website and the Service, protection against automated spam and unauthorized access;
• analyzing anonymized usage statistics of the Service in order to improve it.

The Operator does not use personal data to send promotional messages without the user's request and does not disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data subjects are website visitors, Service users and contact persons who left their details in the website forms.

• data provided by the user: name, phone number, email address, comment text;
• data collected automatically: IP address, browser user-agent string, cookie data and similar technologies — to the extent necessary to ensure the operation and security of the website.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data. Children's data is not collected through the website forms; information about children entered by users into the Service is processed on the basis and to the extent determined by the Terms of service.

Personal data is processed using automation tools: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

• data transfer between the user's browser and the server is protected with TLS;
• personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation;
• access to personal data is limited to authorized employees of the Operator who are bound to maintain its confidentiality;
• processing complies with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimization and sufficiency for the stated purposes.

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes. Transfer may occur only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation — upon substantiated requests of authorized state bodies in the manner established by law.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states is not carried out.

Personal data is processed until the processing purposes are achieved or until the data subject withdraws their consent. Data received through the request form is stored for no longer than 3 (three) years from the moment of receipt.

When the processing purposes are achieved, the retention period expires or the consent is withdrawn, personal data is destroyed within no more than 30 (thirty) days, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with Articles 14–16 of the Personal Data Law, you have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your personal data by the Operator;
• demand that your personal data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the Operator's actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or in court.

Send requests to the Operator's email address: privacy@getsgl.com. A request is reviewed within no more than 30 days from the moment of receipt.

The website and the Service use cookies and similar technologies. The procedure for their use, the purposes of processing the data obtained with them and the ways to manage cookies are described in a separate Cookie Policy.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website and the Service after changes are published means consent to the updated version.
