Terms of service

• Service — the SGL software and information complex, including the iOS mobile app, the web version and the website at getsgl.com, as well as related functions;
• Website — the pages available at getsgl.com;
• Operator — Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «К-Маркет. Глобальные цифровые сервисы», which operates the Service;
• User — a legally capable individual using the Service;
• Terms — this user agreement (the rules for using the Service);
• Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms by the user.

These Terms constitute an agreement between the Operator and the User and define the conditions for using the Service. The Terms are a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Starting to use the Service (including submitting a request through the Website forms, registering or logging into the Service) means that the User has read the Terms and accepts them in full (acceptance). If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must refrain from using the Service.

During the early access stage, use of the Service is free. The Operator will notify Users in advance about the introduction of paid features; separate terms will be agreed additionally. The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the relationship between the parties, including the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

• registration in the Service is performed by phone number and/or email address with code confirmation;
• the other parent and other family members join by invitation — a link generated in the Service;
• the User must provide accurate information about themselves and is responsible for its accuracy;
• the User must keep their Service access credentials confidential and is responsible for actions performed using their account.

The Service is intended for organizing a child's schedule and agreements between parents. Using the Service does not replace court decisions, visitation agreements or other legally significant documents; exported materials are for informational purposes.

The User undertakes to:

• use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• not to violate the rights and legitimate interests of children, other Users and third parties, including when entering information about the child's schedule and events;
• not to upload or distribute materials that violate the law, contain insults, threats, spam or malicious code;
• not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or to circumvent functionality restrictions and security measures.

• to amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website;
• to restrict or suspend the User's access to the Service in case of violation of the Terms or legal requirements;
• to record User actions in the Service's audit log in order to ensure the reliability of the agreement history and security;
• to develop and update the Service and to change the set of features.

All rights to the Service, the Website, their design, source code, trademark and related materials belong to the Operator. Use of the Service's materials without the Operator's written permission is not allowed, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Content created by the User (events, proposals, comments, expense details) remains with the User. The User grants the Operator the right to process such content to the extent necessary for the Service to function: to store it, display it to family space members and enable document export.

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By submitting a request or using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms specified in the Policy.

The website and the Service use cookies and similar technologies. The terms of their use are defined by the Cookie Policy.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Service but does not guarantee absolute continuity or absolute error-free operation.

• the Operator is not a party to disputes between parents and does not act as an arbitrator in disagreements;
• the Operator is not liable for the consequences of the User's use of exported documents, or for decisions made by Users based on the Service's materials;
• the Operator is not responsible for losses arising from unlawful actions of third parties, the User's violation of the Terms or force majeure circumstances;
• Nothing in these Terms limits the User's rights as a consumer established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator may amend the Terms. A new version is published on the Website and takes effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise established by the new version. Continued use of the Service after publication means the User's consent to the changes.

Before going to court, the User sends the Operator a written claim to the email address specified in the “Details” section. The claim is reviewed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.

Unresolved disputes are settled in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, with compliance with the mandatory pre-trial claim procedure. Disputes between a consumer User and the Operator are heard by a court at the consumer's choice in accordance with consumer protection legislation; in other cases — at the Operator's location.
